Carbon dioxide absorption is making oceans acidic, and sea life might not be able to adapt.

video report:

One of the biggest impacts of climate change is on the oceans, which absorb up to 30 percent of all the carbon dioxide pumped into the atmosphere.

This is making sea water more corrosive at such a fast pace that scientists fear marine life will not be able to adapt.

Al Jazeera’s Nicole Johnston reports from Eilat in Israel.
