With a goal of providing a platform for Palestinian and Israeli environmental change-makers to highlight their cross-border environmental cooperation, the annual Applied Environmental Diplomacy Conference, in memory of Noam Segal, is hosted by the Arava Institute and the Oxford Martin School in partnership with the Porter School of Environmental Studies at Tel Aviv University.
